The Quality-of-Life Committee of SPIBA invites you to the event "Genetics and Epigenetics — Captivity or Freedom?" where experts will discuss genetics and epigenetics and share practical tools for stress management.


Epigenetics is a branch of genetics that studies the influence of our behavior and environment on the functioning of our genes. In practice, this means that our social environment, daily routine, diet, and physical activity affect how our body reproduces cells, influencing the functioning of all organs.
