Join us for the annual sports and family event – SPIBA Golf Picnic 2023!


This year SPIBA in collaboration with GORKI Golf & Resort has prepared a bright program filled with entertainment and sports activities. You can look forward to open golf lessons, a mini-golf tournament, bike rides, interactive fun zones, circus performances, golf cart rides, buffet, and a prize lottery.


Dress code: no heels, no jeans.


Register for the event to enjoy golf, food, and fresh air in the company of family, friends, and SPIBA members.

FAQ

How many participants from a company can attend?


Given the limited number of available slots at the Golf Picnic, quotas have been established based on the type of company membership or participation status in the event. Accordingly, rules are the following:

  • Silver Membership Companies: 5 individuals (up to 3 adults).
  • Gold Membership Companies: 7 individuals (up to 5 adults).
  • Product Sponsors: 12 individuals (up to 9 adults).
  • Inclusive Project Sponsors: 15 individuals (up to 11 adults).
  • General Sponsor: 20 individuals (up to 15 adults).



Who can you bring with you?


The SPIBA Golf Picnic 2023 is organized as a family day, so you have the opportunity to invite members of your family (partners, children, brothers, and sisters) or close friends to the event.


Each participant can invite 1 adult and/or 2 children. Please don't forget to provide the names of your "plus ones" in the designated fields during registration.


If you have more than 2 children and would like to invite them, please contact us at office@spiba.ru, and we will assist you in registering the additional participant.



What to wear for the picnic?


It's advisable to choose comfortable sports attire that allows you to fully enjoy the sports activities. Golf-inspired clothing, such as polo shirts, is a great choice. It is comfortable and suits the atmosphere of the golf picnic.


Important note: To avoid damaging the Gorki Golf & Resort's turf, we kindly ask you not to wear heels or shoes with heavy soles.



Are there paid tickets available for the event if a company's quotas have been filled?


Registration is approved on a first-come, first-served basis for each company until the quotas for that company are exhausted. However, we still recommend submitting an application even if quotas have already been filled, in case of cancellations or the availability of additional slots, giving you a chance to join the event.


Unfortunately, due to the limited number of available slots, we cannot guarantee tickets under specific conditions.


Please note that only employees of companies that are members of SPIBA can submit applications.
