Extended producer responsibility, environmental fee: practical issues (online)

SPIBA Industrial Committee invites you to take part in a working meeting to discuss practical issues of Extended Producer Responsibility.

Topics for discussion:

• independent implementation of waste disposal standards - difficulties and risks;
• compliance with waste disposal standards through associations: an established practice for large companies;
• reduction of the environmental fee, possible or not? Application of the coefficient of secondary raw materials in the formation of reporting, supporting documents;
• documentary checks of the fact of compliance with the utilization standards;
• waiting for amendments to the 89th Federal Law. The requirements are obviously impracticable.
