The company "SPC Technovotum" ltd. offers to unite a unique community of specialists on one virtual platform together with business partners of Turkey with the assistance of Trade Representative Office of the Russian Federation in Turkey, ANO Mosprom, Russian Ministry of Industry, representatives of techno parks of Turkey with participation of Turk NDT community, and with all companies interested in cooperation and to hold an introductory session in a virtual B2M format, which is focused on innovative technological solutions for rail transport and composite materials.

Our event will provide an opportunity to establish valuable contacts and find new topics of international cooperation throughout the NDT community chain.

Topics to be discussed:

High-tech equipment and modern technologies for nondestructive testing (PAUT) of:

- entire cross-section of rails (from running surface to base, including flange)

- weld joints of rails

- railroad switches

- railway crossing

For public / non-public tracks, high-speed highways, subways, trams, and other rail transport. As well as technologies and equipment for testing of composite materials (PEEK, FBG, etc.) and products made of them, which are widely used in almost all industries and are promising materials of the future.

    PAUT for rails:
    1. СHAMELEON 32+ (16/64) is a single-rail ultrasonic phased array flaw detector for secondary rails testing. Is intended for detection of discontinuities, delamination, cracks, corrosion, etc.
    2. A flaw detecting trolley with a phased array rail scanner КАLМАR 16/64. It’s intended for acceptance and secondary testing of electrocontact and aluminothermic welded joints of railway rails.
    3. ТОМОGRAPHIC UD4-TM (2.69) - is a single-line ultrasonic flaw detector designed to search, register and interpret signals reflected from defects in rail base, in web-base transition and in base flange of track rails.
