The St. Petersburg International Labour Forum ​is the largest discussion platform in the Eurasian space devoted to labor relations, addressing a broad spectrum of labor market and economic issues, the need for creating personnel support systems, exchanging best HR practices and methodologies, modernizing the state employment service, and shaping a common labor market for CIS countries. The forum brings together representatives from professional communities, government, business, education, and trade unions. Forum events include plenary sessions, meetings, conferences, panel discussions, sections, roundtable discussions, poster sessions, master classes, and workshops. The accompanying events of the forum traditionally include the Youth International Labour Forum and the CUB EXPO exhibition "Personnel. Management. Safety."
